Islet are a great band from Cardiff. Andrew Dubber and I (Ben Walker) saw them play at Un-Convention Swansea (a gathering of DIY and web-friendly music types) and loved the show. Naturally, we googled 'Islet', 'Islet the band', 'Islet Cardiff' and even 'Islet Myspace', and were distraught to find out that they didn't exist on the web. As they had no CDs to buy, and we wanted to support them somehow, Andrew bought them a domain and we set up this blog for them. And to finish it off we took a quick video interview to upload to the site. Now we've made a t-shirt. ALL PROFITS TO THE BAND. Cause they're awesome.
